We answer personally

Write to [email protected] or call (+34) 687 40 30 10 — a person from the farm answers, usually within one business day. You can also use the contact form.

Returns

You have 14 days from receiving your order to change your mind, no questions asked. Write to us and we will tell you how to send the products back; once they arrive we refund your payment by the same method you used.

For hygiene reasons, cosmetics need to come back unopened and sealed. Fresh products (plants and leaves) cannot be returned.

Something arrived wrong?

If an order arrives damaged or with an error, tell us within 48 hours with a photo and we will replace it or refund it — shipping on us.
