Every order is prepared and shipped from our farm in Fuerteventura.

Free shipping on every order over 160 €.
How long it takes
Every order is prepared at the farm and handed to the courier within 24–48 hours of payment. Delivery time from there depends on the destination; if you need an order for a specific date, write to us and we will tell you honestly whether it can arrive in time.
Customs
Shipments leave from the Canary Islands. Deliveries to mainland Spain, Europe or beyond may be subject to customs or import charges applied by the destination country — those charges depend on each country's rules and are borne by the recipient. We prepare all export paperwork so your parcel travels as smoothly as possible.
Fresh products
Aloe vera plants and fresh leaves ship to Spain, Europe, the United Kingdom and Switzerland only — fresh produce does not travel further well, and we would rather not ship it than ship it badly.
