Who receives your data

Payment is processed by our payment providers — your card details travel to them, never to us. Shipping data goes to the courier delivering your order. Our website runs on infrastructure contracted by Aloe Therapy under data-processing agreements. We do not sell or share your data for advertising.

How long we keep it

Order and invoicing data are kept for the periods required by tax law. Contact messages are kept while we handle them and for a reasonable time afterwards. You can ask us to delete your account at any time.
